I have recently been having problems with a herniated cervical disc causing shoulder and back pain and numbness of the right hand. My practitioner recommended cervical traction and physical therapy.Attached is a picture of how I adapted your 1minute workout device to do cervical traction at home. I showed this to my chiropractor and he gave me some recommendations about how to get the angle and tension
to be more effective than what is pictured.The 1-Minute Workout system has helped me to tone and strengthen the problem areas of my back. I like that the mat has illustrations on it that show where to place the bands to work specific muscle groups. When those problem areas of my back would get sore and stiff or start to spasm, I could use the bands to either gently stretch or more aggressively work the targeted area.
The 1-Minute Workout system has been a real blessing to me in contributing to my overall health. It is right here at home so I don’t have to run into town to go to the gym. That means that I use it more often. It was also inexpensive compared to having to pay monthly membership fees.
